gjimnaz<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdbb140 a-section-text elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cdbb140\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>N\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, arsimi i mes\u00ebm n\u00eb gjimnaz organizohet n\u00eb 42 shkolla t\u00eb mesme publike, prej t\u00eb cilave n\u00eb 34 m\u00ebsimi zhvillohet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn maqedonase, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb 8 shkolla m\u00ebsimi zhvillohet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe maqedonase.<\/p><p>N\u00eb dy shkolla ka klas\u00eb gjimnaziale me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn turke.<br \/>Nga 42 shkolla t\u00eb mesme, vet\u00ebm 16 organizohen si gimnaze (11 me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn maqedonase dhe 5 me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe), nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjerat jan\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb mesme profesionale, ku jan\u00eb formuar klas\u00eb gjimnaziale.<\/p><p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 gimnazive publike ekzistuese, arsimi gjimnazial n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut ofrohet edhe n\u00eb 3 gimnaze private, ku m\u00ebsimi zhvillohet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn maqedonase, shqipe, turke dhe angleze.<\/p><p>Q\u00eb nga viti shkollor 2001\/2002, n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb zbatohet Plani i Ri M\u00ebsimor p\u00ebr arsimin e mes\u00ebm gjimnazial, i cili, si nj\u00eb zgjidhje afatshkurt\u00ebr, p\u00ebsoi ndryshime n\u00eb vitin 2003\/2004, sepse gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb tij u shfaq\u00ebn disa probleme dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb shkaktuara nga pasakt\u00ebsit\u00eb, mosp\u00ebrputhjet dhe paqart\u00ebsit\u00eb e planit, t\u00eb cilat lidhen me fushat e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve zgjedhore, programet dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjet e detyrueshme zgjedhore, p\u00ebrmbajtjet zgjedhore, numrin e p\u00ebgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb or\u00ebve, ngarkes\u00ebn e programeve dhe ngarkes\u00ebn e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<\/p><p>Zgjidhjet afatgjata p\u00ebr arsimin gjimnazial do t\u00eb dalin nga Programi Komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Arsimit n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb 2005\u20132015, mbi baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb cilit do t\u00eb hartohet nj\u00eb koncept i ri p\u00ebr arsimin gjimnazial, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen standardet arsimore dhe gradualisht do t\u00eb zbatohen zgjidhjet e parashikuara n\u00eb shkolla pilote.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6addb82 e-con-full a-sector-structure e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6addb82\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-389e990 a-section-title elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"389e990\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Fondi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i or\u00ebve n\u00eb arsimin e mes\u00ebm - Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se shkollave (drejtor\u00ebve, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve) u jepet nj\u00eb liri e caktuar n\u00eb hartimin e planeve t\u00eb zbatueshme m\u00ebsimore. Ato sigurojn\u00eb standardin arsimor t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, duke mund\u00ebsuar kalueshm\u00ebri horizontale dhe vertikale p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit.<\/p><p>K\u00ebto l\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje nga arsimi bashk\u00ebkohor i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndara n\u00eb 10 (11) l\u00ebnd\u00eb, dhe gradualisht ulen n\u00eb 5 (6) l\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb vitin e kat\u00ebrt. Kjo komponent\u00eb e Planit M\u00ebsimor p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga 12 (13) l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndara gjat\u00eb kat\u00ebr viteve. N\u00eb thelb, kjo p\u00ebrfshin shumic\u00ebn e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb nga arsimi fillor.<\/p><p>Programet p\u00ebr k\u00ebto l\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebrpilohen nga Byroja e Zhvillimit t\u00eb Arsimit n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me fakultetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit nga shkollat, dhe miratohen nga ministri i Arsimit dhe Shkenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-757017a e-con-full a-sector-structure e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"757017a\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-407ec57 a-section-title elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"407ec57\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">L\u00ebnd\u00ebt zgjedhore\n\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c96a81 a-section-text elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c96a81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u00ebnd\u00ebt zgjedhore jan\u00eb t\u00eb grupuara n\u00eb tre fusha zgjedhore: natyrore-matematikore, gjuh\u00ebsore-artistike dhe shoq\u00ebrore-humanistike. Ky grupim i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm korrespondon pjes\u00ebrisht me ndarjen e shkencave n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb dhe ofron nj\u00eb paraqitje t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjeve programore mbi baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb cilave nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit do t\u00eb zgjedhin.<\/p><p>Shkollat jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruara t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb kushte p\u00ebr realizimin e veprimtaris\u00eb edukative-arsimore n\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dy nga k\u00ebto fusha zgjedhore. N\u00eb vendbanimet m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla, shkollat duhet gradualisht t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb kushte p\u00ebr realizimin e veprimtaris\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb tre fushat.<\/p><p>Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi zgjedh nj\u00eb fush\u00eb zgjedhore nga t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dy fushat q\u00eb i ofron shkolla, gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, jo m\u00eb von\u00eb se n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit shkollor. Duke qen\u00eb se n\u00eb vitin e dyt\u00eb ekziston ndryshim vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb zgjedhore, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb fush\u00ebn zgjedhore dhe\/ose shkoll\u00ebn deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb shkollor (30 gusht), n\u00ebse ekzistojn\u00eb kushtet e nevojshme n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb.<\/p><p>L\u00ebnd\u00ebt zgjedhore kan\u00eb funksion t\u00eb thellojn\u00eb dhe zgjerojn\u00eb njohurit\u00eb e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Zgjedhshm\u00ebria realizohet p\u00ebrmes l\u00ebnd\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin em\u00ebr si pjes\u00eb e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb detyrueshme, si dhe p\u00ebrmes l\u00ebnd\u00ebve me em\u00ebr t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb pjes\u00eb ose rrjedh\u00eb nga disiplina shkencore. L\u00ebnd\u00ebt zgjedhore jan\u00eb programuar me 2 deri n\u00eb 3 or\u00eb javore nga viti i dyt\u00eb deri n\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebrtin. Programet m\u00ebsimore p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt zgjedhore p\u00ebrpilohen nga Byroja e Zhvillimit t\u00eb Arsimit n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me fakultetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit nga shkollat, dhe miratohen nga ministri i Arsimit dhe Shkenc\u00ebs.<\/p><p>N\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb nuk ka l\u00ebnd\u00eb zgjedhore, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se viti i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb dhe i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb arsimin gjimnazial. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn zgjedhore deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb par\u00eb shkollor (30 gusht), n\u00ebse ekzistojn\u00eb kushtet e nevojshme n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb.<\/p><p>Numri minimal i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb organizohet m\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb zgjedhore \u00ebsht\u00eb 17.<\/p><p>Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin shkollor 2002\/2003 ka zgjedhur dhe realizuar nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb zgjedhore n\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin e dyt\u00eb do t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb dhe realizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nga lista e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve zgjedhore p\u00ebr vitin e dyt\u00eb, me p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb ndryshme nga ajo q\u00eb ka zgjedhur dhe realizuar n\u00eb vitin I.<\/p><p>P\u00ebr \u00e7do fush\u00eb zgjedhore n\u00eb vitet e tret\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar lista t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve zgjedhore. \u00c7do fush\u00eb p\u00ebrmban dy kombinime t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve zgjedhore. K\u00ebto kombinime bazohen n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet logjike dhe funksionale mes disiplinave t\u00eb ngjashme shkencore. Me k\u00ebto kombinime, \u00e7do nx\u00ebn\u00ebs ka mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb drejtimin q\u00eb pasqyron d\u00ebshirat, interesat dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij, si dhe t\u00eb informohet dhe p\u00ebrgatitet p\u00ebr studime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p><p>Shkolla duhet t\u2019i informoj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit p\u00ebr kombinimet e mundshme t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve zgjedhore gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb nj\u00eb kombinim n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb shkollor. P\u00ebr secil\u00ebn p\u00ebrmbajtje p\u00ebrcaktohet edhe m\u00ebnyra e realizimit.<\/p><p>Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit brenda \u00e7do fushe zgjedhin nj\u00eb program p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin kan\u00eb interes dhe talent. M\u00ebsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb mentorues dhe p\u00ebrdor metoda dhe forma m\u00eb fleksibile didaktiko-metodike, ku nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb subjekt aktiv dhe ka mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb shpreh\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij krijuese. Ky m\u00ebsim duhet t\u2019u mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shprehin talentin dhe t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb rezultate m\u00eb t\u00eb larta n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sportit dhe artit.<\/p><p>P\u00ebrmbajtjet nga fusha e sportit dhe aktiviteteve sportive programohen sipas programeve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta dhe realizohen me 2 or\u00eb javor n\u00eb vitin I dhe II, dhe me 3 or\u00eb n\u00eb vitin III dhe IV. P\u00ebrmbajtjet e artit pamor programohen sipas programeve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta dhe realizohen me 2 or\u00eb javor n\u00eb vitin I dhe 1 or\u00eb javor n\u00eb vitin II. P\u00ebrmbajtjet e artit muzikor, gjithashtu programohen sipas programeve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta dhe realizohen me 1 or\u00eb javor n\u00eb vitin I dhe 2 or\u00eb javor n\u00eb vitin II.<\/p><p>Shkollat jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruara, bazuar n\u00eb kushtet e tyre hap\u00ebsinore, materiale, kadrovike dhe organizative, t\u2019u ofrojn\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve m\u00eb shum\u00eb programe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbajtjet e sportit dhe kultur\u00ebs. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, sipas interesit t\u00eb tyre, zgjedhin ose caktohen p\u00ebr programet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dhe i realizojn\u00eb ato. Or\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb kllapa realizohen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb.<\/p><p>T\u00eb gjitha aktivitetet projektues nga fushat e p\u00ebrmendura mund t\u00eb realizohen n\u00eb secilin prej kat\u00ebr viteve t\u00eb shkollimit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 aktiviteteve nga fusha \u201cKultura qytetare\u201d, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb realizohen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vitin e III-t\u00eb dhe IV-t\u00eb t\u00eb shkollimit.<\/p><p>Q\u00ebllimi i organizimit t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb aktiviteteve projektues \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb sigurohet nj\u00eb angazhim aktiv i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve gjat\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb tyre. Kjo do t\u00eb leht\u00ebsoj\u00eb zhvillimin e kreativitetit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe do t\u2019u mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb t\u00eb shprehin afinitetet dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb individuale.<\/p><p>P\u00ebr realizim t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm t\u00eb aktiviteteve projektues, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb kushtojn\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb planifikimit, i cili duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb fleksib\u00ebl dhe i p\u00ebrshtatur me nevojat dhe interesat e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit duhet t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb kryesisht si mentor\u00eb, k\u00ebshillues dhe trajner\u00eb.<\/p><p>Aktivitetet projektues q\u00eb realizohen brenda shkoll\u00ebs nuk duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen si or\u00eb n\u00eb orarin e rregullt t\u00eb paraleleve. Ato duhet t\u00eb organizohen gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb jav\u00ebs, n\u00eb orare t\u00eb pranueshme p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrplasen me orarin e rregullt. Formimi i grupeve, m\u00ebnyra dhe organizimi i pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb shkollave.<\/p><p>V\u00ebllimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i or\u00ebve t\u00eb parashikuara p\u00ebr aktivitetet projektues gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb viti shkollor \u00ebsht\u00eb 70 or\u00eb. Ato nuk vler\u00ebsohen (as me nota num\u00ebrike, as me vler\u00ebsim p\u00ebrshkrues), por \u00e7do nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, sipas zgjedhjes s\u00eb tij, duhet t\u2019i realizoj\u00eb detyrimisht n\u00eb v\u00ebllimin e parashikuar gjat\u00eb secilit vit shkollor. M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs mban evidenc\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr realizimin e aktiviteteve dhe p\u00ebrgatit raport p\u00ebr \u00e7do nx\u00ebn\u00ebs.<\/p><p>Aktivitetet projektuese i programojn\u00eb shkollat, respektivisht m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt profesional\u00eb (pedagog\u00eb, psikolog\u00eb, sociolog\u00eb etj.) dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Byron\u00eb e Zhvillimit t\u00eb Arsimit dhe institucionet e tjera t\u00eb komunitetit lokal q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuara p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim.<\/p><p>Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb arsye nuk realizojn\u00eb aktivitetet projektues t\u00eb parashikuara, kan\u00eb detyrimin t\u2019i kryejn\u00eb deri n\u00eb fillimin e vitit shkollor t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm. N\u00ebse nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi nuk e realizon k\u00ebt\u00eb detyrim, nuk do t\u2019i jepet d\u00ebftesa p\u00ebr vitin e p\u00ebrfunduar.<\/p><p>P\u00ebr \u00e7do aktivitet projektues, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi p\u00ebrgatit nj\u00eb portofol ku regjistrohet lloji i aktivitetit, koha dhe vendi i realizimit.<\/p><p>Mentori e ndjek dhe e konfirmon realizimin e aktivitetit projektues.
