Duke ndjekur trendet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe duke mb\u00ebshtetur shkollat n\u00eb procesin e vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsimit, ky sektor kontribuon drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb sistemi arsimor bashk\u00ebkohor, efikas dhe konkurrues.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Aktivitetet e sektorit jan\u00eb t\u00eb orientuara drejt grumbullimit sistematik t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb tyre si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillimin dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb gjitha aspekteve t\u00eb arsimit.
